2023-2024 School Procedures

(All Grades, excluding Preschool 3)

All Grades Morning Drop-Off – 8:40 AM
Parents should drive up along the preschool pad (next to the parking lot). A staff member will greet you and ask the student to exit the car and proceed to their classroom. Please let the staff member know if you have a preschooler, as they gather in one location.

NOTE: Students may not be dropped off at any other location.

  • Late arriving students (after 8:50 AM): Late arriving vehicles will be held at the parking lot entrance until arrival is complete. Vehicles will then be released. Please be aware that staff members on duty re-enter the building after regular arrival so do not leave your child unattended. You MUST escort your child and sign them in at the security desk. Please do not drive through Eldredge Road until after all buses have arrived (approximately 8:55 AM)

All Grades Parent Pick-up Procedures – 3:15 PM
Parent pick-up will be held in the gymnasium. Parents should park in the main parking lot and enter the building through the D-wing doors (near the music room). Parents will then proceed straight down the hallway and into the gym. Please check in at the desk (be prepared to show identification). Your child (children) will then be released, and you will exit through the side exterior gym doors. Please expect delays the first couple days as everyone acclimates to the procedures.

All Grades Early Dismissal Procedures

Early dismissal will not be permitted between 2:45 and 3:10 PM. We kindly ask that you make arrangements around these times, and keep in mind that students will only be dismissed from parent pick-up (gymnasium) after 3:10 PM. We must have written permission to release a student to someone other than the parent/guardian of record (i.e. grandparent, emergency contact).

If you need to pick up your child from parent pick-up or sign your child out early (before 2:45 PM), please send in a dated note or call the main office. Please do not email or message the teacher in case there’s a substitute on any given day. If you have to call, please call as early as possible, as we are unable to accommodate requests after 2:45 PM.

Mrs. Bosacco’s PSD Procedures

PSD Parent Drop-off – approx. 9:00 AM
Parents who are dropping off their preschooler should park in the Admin parking lot (off Main Street). The PSD class is in the modular building. Please wait in your car until the bus arrives. You MUST escort your child and sign them in for direct exchange of custody.

  • Late arriving students (after 9:05 AM): Students must be signed in at the security desk at the Main Entrance.

PSD Parent Pick-up – 3:00 PM
PSD dismisses from the Admin parking lot. Please park in the lot and wait for the class to dismiss. There must be a direct exchange of custody. Please be prepared to show identification.

Miscellaneous Procedures

All visitors must call ahead. All meetings must be scheduled in advance. No walk-ins will be permitted.

Classroom Parties, Birthday Treats, and Snacks
Please coordinate with the classroom teacher. All treats and/or snacks should be dropped off at the security desk.

Student Information
Please keep the school up to date regarding your address, phone numbers, email, emergency contacts, medical information, and custody arrangements (if applicable).
